Bonanza Sleep approached us with the ambition of repositioning the business as a premium furniture and sleep brand. Our goal was to build a cohesive digital ecosystem that aligned branding, e-commerce, creative production and marketing into one premium customer experience.

The project extended far beyond redesigning a website. We developed the brand identity, redesigned the complete Shopify storefront, optimised the Shopify backend with custom product variations and collections, created premium product imagery and launch assets, and continue to manage Meta and Google Ads to support long-term business growth.
